STEDMANCoffeeRoasters
SINCE 1998

Fresh coffee. Real people. That's our promise.

For over 25 years we have roasted small batches of globally sourced organic beans right here in Chautauqua County, New York. Nothing sits on a shelf. What reaches your kitchen left the drum days ago.

OUR PROCESS

Selected worldwide. Roasted here.

The beans we roast are selected and imported from the best coffee growing countries in the world. Our own staff roasts them here in small batches, which is how we bring out the flavor notes in each variety, and how we know every bag leaves at its freshest.

The coffee house

We do not just roast it. Pull up a chair.

Both of our shops are real coffee houses, with burlap sacks of green beans piled where you can see them and a seat waiting up front. Come in for a cup and a slow half hour. Nobody will hurry you.

Our promise

“We roast every batch as if it were going to our own family table. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't leave our roastery.”

Al & Karen Simmons · Stedman Coffee Roasters

We are a small roastery, and that is on purpose. Small batches mean we taste every roast. Sourcing beans we can stand behind means we know the farms they come from. And roasting weekly means the freshest cup you can get without doing it yourself.
