Indian AA coffee is a specialty coffee from India's southwestern coast, famous for a unique "monsooning" process where harvested green beans are exposed to humid monsoon winds for 12 to 16 weeks. This ages the beans to double in size, turn pale, and lose almost all acidity, yielding a heavy bodied, earthy, and uniquely smooth cup.
