Grown at high altitude in Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica coffee. Water processed decaf coffee uses only water, heat, and time to remove 99.9% of caffeine without chemical solvents. This method preserves the coffee's original flavor compounds by soaking green beans in a specialized solution called Green Coffee Extract (GCE). The resulting beans are typically darker in appearance.
