Swiss water processed Colombian decaf.


Don’t panic at the two very different countries placed in the name of this decaf coffee–the Swiss water process simply means that only water and the act of osmosis was used to decaffeinate the beans. This is a more pure way of removing the caffeine than other methods. Nothing takes away from the strong profile of this Colombian coffee, and it’s a great tasting decaf. So great, in fact, that it’s hard to tell from regular (except your heart doesn’t flutter when you drink it). $10.50 per lb.
